DELIVERY INFORMATION

At Billini, our team makes every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly, safely and in the most cost effective way possible. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24-48 business hours, however we do ask for your patience during busy periods.

Your order will be packed and dispatched provided:

  • The item you have chosen is in stock;
  • The delivery address has been verified;
  • Payment has been approved and received.


Where we deliver to
If you love our products, we hope to get it to you no matter where you are in the world.  Shipping costs will vary for countries outside of Australia. 


Can deliveries be made to a PO Box?
Yes, but within Australia only. Deliveries can be made to a P.O Box with the help of Australia Post's notification card services which will re-direct you to the nearest post office to collect your parcel.  There you will need identification and a signature upon retrieval of your goods.  Once a notification card has been left, it is then the responsibility of the customer to locate the parcel.
For International customers, please provide a physical address so that your parcel cn be signed for. 


Delivery within Australia 
($9.95 purchases under AUD$60/Free for purchases over AUD$60)
In Australia, we use Australia Post for all parcels.

Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses, however all packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery.  If no one is home, it is customary for Australia Post to leave a notification card with details of the nearest Post Office who will hold your parcel for up to 2 weeks. 

All deliveries within Australia will arrive within 2-7 working days, depending where you're located.  

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm.  


Public Holidays
Please note deliveries will be delayed during public holidays. Please allow an extra day to delivery times for each public holiday. 


Delivery outside Australia

For all international parcel deliveries we use Australia Post E-Parcel.  We currently ship to New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, United States Of America, Canada, United Kingdom and Ireland Republic. Price varies depending on the country and you can type in your destination on the check out page to get a shipping estimate. If your country is not list above and you are interested in our products, please contact our customer service team to enquiry if we can ship to your country and for a shipping estimate on onlinestore@billini.com.

All deliveries outside Australia will arrive normally within 3-7 working days.  On rare occasions, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive if they are held up in customs.

Please note:  We are unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries.  You will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country. They will accurately calculate the total amount of customs and sales tax which is to be paid before you may receive your goods.  The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Orders delivered outside Australia are exempt from 10% GST.  The order total will be re-calculated during checkout, once your delivery address is entered.


Currency/Taxes/Duty
All prices listed are in Australia Dollars (AUD).  The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate and many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee.  The final charge made to your card is made in Australian Dollars and the ultimate conversion rate is determined by your bank or credit provider.  

All purchased delivered within Australia include 10% GST.  All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes; however they may incur taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is delivered. 

Please note:  to comply with Australian export regulations; we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise".  We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with that intention.
