Can I return my web purchase to one of our stockists?
No.  Our retailers are separate entities and do not accept stock back that was not originally purchased at their stores.  All of our stockists also stock different products and may not carry our entire range.

Can I order by telephone?

Absolutely!  If you would rather place your order via telephone or email, you can and we would love to help!  Orders placed online, however, receive priority.  If you would like to place an order by telephone, please contact our office on +61 2 9774 2992 between 9.00am and 5.00pm AEST.  If you would like to place an order by email, please contact us at We only accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and Afterpay.  

If you do not wish to use you credit card online you can use our direct debit facilities; contact our office via telephone and give your details directly to our representative; or alternatively, send your card details via fax to +61 2 9774 2998. 

What are my payment options?
We accept the following payment options:

  • Credit Card (VISA/MASTERCARD)- either online, via telephone, email or fax
  • Paypal
  • Afterpay

Do you accept cheque or money order?
Unfortunately we do not accept any personal cheques, traveller's cheques or money orders.

How does Afterpay work?
Afterpay allows you to pay for your online purchase in four equal instalments, due every fortnight. Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. After you check out, your purchase will be shipped to you. At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. You can find more info here:

How do I change or add to my order after it has been placed?
After you have processed your payment, your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order.  Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible.  Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return and Exchange policies.

Do you accept international purchases?
Billini ships to most destinations in the world , most days of the year!  We use DHL 3-7 working days to arrive.  Customs clearance in some countries may be the reason your parcel takes more than 14 days.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No, we are not able to do split shipments.  You will need to create multiple orders if you wish to send to multiple destinations.

What is the cost of delivery?
For purchases within Australia, transactions over AUD$60 include FREE SHIPPING, so the more you spend the more you save.  For all other purchases under AUD$60, there is a flat fee of only AUD$9.95 for postage.

For purchases outside Australia, postage starts from AUD$12.95 and is calculated on where you are located.  Our shipping calculator will work this all out for you automatically when you checkout.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes, within Australia deliveries can be made to a P.O Box with the help of Australia Post's notification card services which will re-direct you to the nearest post office to collect your parcel.  There you will need identification and a signature upon retrieval of your goods.  Once a notification card has been left, it is then the responsibility of the customer to locate the parcel.  

When will my parcel arrive?
All deliveries within Australia will arrive within 2-7 working days, depending where you're located.  

All deliveries outside Australia will arrive normally within 3-7 working days.  On rare occasions, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive if they are held up in customs.

Can I track my order?
Tracking details will be provided for all deliveries within Australia. Please contact us at for tracking details for all international deliveries.

Is Billini a secure shopping site?
Yes, Billini is a secure website.  Your order and payment details are encrypted and remain secure over the internet. 
Should you still be weary about submitting credit card information via the internet, for your convenience Billini also offers you the choice of submitting your payment details via either:

What if I don't like the shoes or accessory I purchased?
You are able to exchange any item within 14 days of the date of delivery if the item is in new condition and returned in original packaging.
