RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Billini strives to ensure you are satisfied and we want you to love what you have ordered.  If something isn't right we offer a refund (excludes sale items) or exchange within 14 days from the original purchase date.

REFUND YOUR ITEM VIA OUR ONLINE STORE 

If you would like to refund your item(s) please follow the easy steps below within 14 days:  

  1. Fill in the information on the Online Return and Exchange Form which was sent in your order and tick ‘Refund’.
  2. Enclose the Online Return and Exchange Form within the returns parcel. Returns can take up to 5 working days to process.
  3. Ensure items are returned in their original condition, including packaging.
  4. There are 2 options to send your items back for processing;

    • Drop your item(s) at a Billini store. Items will be sent back to head office for processing. Please allow an additional 2-4 days for delivery.
    • Post the item(s) back within 30 days from the date of original purchase to:

    • We recommend sending your returns via Express or Registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. 
    • Upon receipt, we will assess the itemt’s fit for return and then notify you of your approved refund. Returns that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.    
    • Sale items are non-refundable unless deemed faulty. 
    • If you have lost or misplaced your Online Return and Exchange Form, you can download and print another copy here
    • Please try on shoes on a soft and clean surface before they are worn. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches.  
    • Any item(s) returned after 30 days from the original purchase date will not be accepted. 
    • Customers will be responsible for shipping charges for all returns. 
    • Refunds for full priced items are only available for items purchased online and not in-store.

 

EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM VIA OUR ONLINE STORE 

If you would like to exchange your item(s) please follow the easy steps below within 30 days:  

  1. Fill in the information on the Online Return and Exchange Form which was sent in your order and complete the ‘Item For Exchange’ section.
  2. Enclose the Online Return and Exchange Form within the returns parcel. Returns can take up to 5 working days to process.  
  3. Ensure items are returned in their original condition, including packaging.
  4. Post the return item(s) back within 30 days from the date of original purchase to:

EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM ONLINE FOR A CREDIT NOTE  

If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a credit note please follow the easy steps below within 30 days:  

  1. Fill in the information on the Online Return and Exchange Form which was sent in your order and tick the box ‘Credit Note’. 
  2. Enclose the Online Return and Exchange Form within the returns parcel. Returns can take up to 5 working days to process. 
  3. Ensure items are returned in their original condition, including packaging. 
  4. Post the return item(s) back within 30 days from the date of original purchase to:

    • Online credit notes expire within 6 months and will be issued for the value of the returned item(s) as stated on your original tax invoice.  
    • Online store credits can only be used online and are not valid in-store. 
    • Please try on shoes on a soft and clean surface before they are worn. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches.  
    • Any item(s) returned after 30 days from the original purchase date will not be accepted. 
    • Customers will be responsible for shipping charges for all returns

 

EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM AT A BILLINI STORE   

All items purchased online can be exchanged at a Billini store. If you would like to exchange your item in-store please follow the easy steps below within 30 days:  

  1. Print a copy of your original tax invoice. 
  2. Fill in the information on the Online Return and Exchange Form which was sent in your order. 
  3. Ensure items are returned in their original condition, including packaging. 
  4. Once in-store a Billini team member will assist you with the exchange.  

 

    • If you have lost or misplaced your Online Return and Exchange Form, you can download and print another copy here
    • If the price of the exchange item(s) is in excess of the original purchase amount, then you will need to pay for the difference at the time of the exchange. 
    • If the price of the exchange item(s) is less than the original purchase amount, then you will be issued with a Billini In-Store Credit Note to the value of the difference. 
    • If you don’t find an item you love, we will issue you with a Billini In-Store Credit Note to the original purchase amount to be used on your next store visit. 
    • All Billini In-Store Credit Notes issued as, or part of, an exchange, will be valid in-store only. 
    • Billini In-Store Credit Notes expire within 6 months and are not valid online.  
    • Please try on shoes on a soft and clean surface before they are worn. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches.  
    • Any item(s) returned after 30 days from the original purchase date will not be accepted. 

IN STORE PURCHASE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason, you change your mind or purchase the incorrect size from any Billini retail store, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit note within 14 days of purchase. 
Items must be returned unworn, in original packaging and with a valid proof of puchase to any Billni store. 

Billini reserves the right to amend the returns policy as required.
