ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Billini strives to ensure you are satisfied and we want you to love what you have ordered.
If for any reason something isn't right, we offer a refund (excludes sale items) or exchange within 30 days from the original purchase date.
Please note Billini jewellery and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
HOW TO REFUND/EXCHANGE ONLINE
- Ensure your items meet our return and exchange policy:
- Item(s) were purchased from the Billini online store – www.billini.com
- Item(s) are unworn, in original condition and packaging
- Item(s) are within 30 days of purchase
- Item(s) are full price (sale items can only be returned for exchange or credit note only.
2. Fill in all information required on the Online Return and Exchange Form enclosed in your order or download one here.
3. Place the item(s) you’re returning into a secure parcel along with your completed form and original invoice.
4. Take your parcel to your local post office and send it to the address below or purchase a flat rate postage label here.

We recommend sending your returns via Express or Registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
5. Alternatively, you can take your online purchase to any Billini store to exchange or to lodge an online return. Please note refund items will be sent back to head office for processing and can take 2-4 additional days to process. Store staff are unable to process your refund for you in store.
6. Once we receive your request, our online team will assess and process within 2 business days. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
- You may return any full priced items for a refund or exchange via any Billini store or via the online store within 30 days of purchase.
Sale items can be returned for an exchange or credit note only within 30 days of purchase.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged.
(Please try on shoes on a soft and clean surface before they are worn. We unable to accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches.)
- Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging (including shoe box).
- Should you have a faulty item, please email email@example.com before sending your item back.
