You will be sales driven, highly motivated and have a passion for excellent customer service!
RESPONSIBILITIES and duties
This varied role will see you performing such duties as, but not limited to:
Driving retail sales to meet and exceed KPI's;
Overseeing and supporting retail operations across various locations;
Working alongside other area managers to meet overall business objectives;
Coaching, leading and mentoring store managers to effectively manage and drive store teams;
Fostering an environment of exceptional customer service and loyalty;
Recruiting staff and maintaining a good team culture;
Providing ongoing training, development and reviews;
Creating and implementing new retail strategies to drive sales and increase team morale;
Maintaining visual merchandising standards;
Overseeing stocktake and maintaining loss prevention;
Aiding in new store openings and events.
Skills and Experience
We are looking for a leader with a passion for footwear that:
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role;
Proven experience leading sales teams and meeting and exceeding sales targets by being a motivated seller who leads by example;
High standards on personal presentation and the ability to drive and inspire others on their personal style;
A proven track record in managing and motivating a large team;
The ability to handle a busy work environment and multi-task;
Strong communication skills who can lead, coach, develop and influence others;
An enthusiastic, energetic and positive personality with a genuine love for retail;
Knowledge and experience in the fashion footwear industry is preferred but not necessary.
