HEAD OFFICE - SYDNEY

NATIONAL WHOLESALE SALES MANAGER


We are seeking an experienced and motivated National Wholesale Sales Manager to join our growing team at our head office in Marrickville, Sydney. This exciting role will focus on managing and driving our account base by using your passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills and can-to attitude to maintain existing relationships with key accounts, building on existing business and developing new sales opportunities in Australia & New Zealand.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Reporting to the General Manager, the main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maximizing sales revenue and achieving seasonal budgets and KPI's for current client throughout Australia & New Zealand
- Developing and building strong client relationships to continue revenue growth
- Conducting regular range showings with existing and potential clients (both showroom & on the road)
- Researching and reviewing the market including competitor activity, and trend analysis to maximize sales
- Managing interstate agents through regular communication of sale strategies, product feedback and initiating repeat sales
- Providing feedback to the product team regarding suggestions on styling, range/sell performance and other general product and sales opportunities
- Creating and implementing strategic plans for overall brand and client base growth

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 year’s experience in a similar role with in fashion or footwear
- Are positive and energetic attitude with a passion for footwear
- Strong interpersonal skills and presentation
- Exceptional organizational skills along with excellent written and communication skills for reporting and administration
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Proven experience in increasing and optimizing sales along with a strong focus on figures
- The ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast paced autonomous environment

SENIOR FINANCIAL CONTROLLER


As Billini enters an exciting period of continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Financial Controller with a passion for retail to join our face-paced head office based in Marrickville. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing the full finance function and leading a team of 4. You will be hands-on with a continuous improvement mind set to support business growth and general governance.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Being part of the senior leadership team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Monthly and Year to Date Management Reporting
- Consolidated Group Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports
- Revenue Channel Profit & Loss including forecasting and variance analysis
- Detailed ratio & trend analysis of Channel Revenues, Gross Profit, Expenses, EBITDA, Profit Before Tax, Capex, Operational and Capital Efficiencies, including working capital / liquidity etc
- Cash Flow Forecasting – weekly, monthly and long term
- Preparation of suitable Financial Management Board Reports
- Finance Department Workflow Management
- Internal controls management. Reviewing / testing internal controls across Group Value Chain as required from time to time;
- Maintain a high-level financial model whereby sensitivity assumptions (revenue & expenses) can be tested for their effect on differing financial outcomes, which might impact the group business
- Manage the full budgeting and forecasting reporting process (including variance analysis) by liaising with various stakeholders
- Intercompany accounting

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- +5 years relevant experience from a RETAIL environment with operational exposure
- CPA/CA qualification
- ERP configuration skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrable experience in Management and Financial Reporting
- Excellent planning, interpersonal, people management, and team skills
- Strong Process / Systems Review / Internal Control management skills
- Experience with Board reporting and presentation (ideal)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commercial acumen with strong (yet flexible) business partnering skills
