UPDATE 04/5/20:
Unfortunately due to border closures, delays in flights and reduced staffing across logistic partners, we have had to temporarily stop shipping to the following countries for the time being;

Greece, Taiwan, Philippines, Austria, Croatia, Cambodia, Ukraine.


We do apologise and will be back up and running with shipping to these locations as soon as possible.

Unfortunately due to the current climate, we are experiencing delays across some local and international delivery's due to changes in flights, border closures and restrictions on staff levels. An update to our beautiful Billini community,

It is extremely hard to come to terms with the impact the current COVID-19 pandemic has had & will continue to have globally. During this unprecedented time the health and safety of our beautiful employees, customers and the wider community has become our #1 priority. Due to this, we have made the decision to close all stores Australia-wide from today, Thursday 26th March until it is deemed safe to reopen.



We realise that not everyone is ready to hang up their heels quite yet so you will be pleased to know that our online store is still business as usual. Here is how we have stepped things up a notch to keep our fabulous shoes coming your way in the easiest and safest way possible.


All online orders are now being dispatched with ‘No Signature Required’ in order to reduce social interactions with our customers and logistic partners;


our warehouse has introduced additional measures in both cleaning and personal sanitation as well as following social distancing guidelines in line with advise given by the World Health Organisation;


We have extended our return and exchange policy for all in store purchases made from the 23rd of March will now have 30 days to exchange or return. For online returns and exchanges, we suggest using our Australia Post Return Portal for an easy & reliable service during this time;
