As Billini enters an exciting period of continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to drive our digital marketing strategy across our AU and US websites with a focus on increasing traffic, customer retention and strong financial results.

This fast-paced role is based at our head office in Marrickville and reports to our Senior Marketing Manager and collaborates with our Marketing team to maximise digital marketing activities in alignment with our seasonal marketing calendar.

- Plan and implement the digital marketing strategy to support overall business objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute campaign launches, promotions and key events
- Develop and implement an engaging eDM calendar in line with seasonal brand marketing messaging following creative direction from Art Director
- Utilise Salesforce to deliver a strong customer retention strategy including segmentation and customer journeys
- Manage affiliate programs to ensure spend is contained and ROI is maximised
- Work closely with our eCommerce team to ensure a seamless customer journey from acquisition to conversion
- Analyse and report on campaigns both paid and owned digital channels (META, Google, TikTok, Pinterest + others) across all brands and channels and regions in line with KPIs and brand benchmarks, working alongside digital agencies.
- Analyse and report on website performance and metrics across all digital strategies weekly and monthly, including presentation to Executive Team and Board
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek to improve the performance and presence of the brand digitally


- Minimum 5 years digital marketing experience
- A passion for digital marketing and the Fashion Retail Industry
- Strong experience with Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Shopify Plus and Salesforce  
- Proven experience in executing successful social media campaigns for digital acquisition across Facebook & Instagram
- Strong skills in SEO/SEM (i.e has been doing the work vs getting the work done via agency)
- Can-do and flexible attitude with a genuine passion for our brands
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate cross functionally
- A high level of understanding of current and future trends
- Strong ability to meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment and adhere to budgets
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Communications is preferred
