RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Digital Marketing function of our Australian and USA websites and the execution of all paid digital marketing, social media and E-commerce activities. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our Marketing team to maximise digital marketing activities in alignment with our seasonal marketing calendars.
- Plan and execute the digital marketing strategy to support overall business objectives
- Develop & execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, affiliate, email, web (Google Ads & Google Shopping) and social media (Facebook & Instagram) to drive profitability, increase site visitors and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Art Director & Senior Marketing Manager to plan and execute eDM, digital marketing and promotional calendars aligned with seasonal marketing calendars
- Analyse and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns including but not limited to Google Ads, Google Shopping, Instagram & Facebook.
- Manage the production of digital marketing assets and ensure consistency across omni channel marketing
- Manage the digital marketing budget to ensure spend is contained and ROI is maximised
- Regularly conduct A/B testing on creative, copy, target segments etc to improve campaign results
- Monitor and implement new digital technologies and trends to improve E-commerce performance
- Lead the development roadmap of current site projects and work with internal and external stakeholders the manage budgets and timeframes
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years digital marketing experience
- A passion for digital marketing and fashion/footwear industry
- Strong experience with Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Shopify and Klaviyo
- Strong experience in running social media campaigns for digital acquisition across Facebook & Instagram
- Strong skills in SEO/SEM (i.e has been doing the work vs getting the work done via agency)
- A can-do, energetic and proactive attitude
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as autonomously
- Understanding of emerging market trends and a flair for creative marketing
- Ability to multi-task whilst meeting tight deadlines within a fast paced environment
- Tertiary qualification in Communications/PR is preferred
