As the company enters an exciting period of growth, we are looking for an experienced and creative Head of Marketing to join our collaborative and fast-paced team located in Marrickville. Be a major part of driving our global omni-channel expansion (Wholesale, Retail and Online) and managing all marketing activities to achieve the business goals, increase brand awareness and profitability.


Reporting to the Creative Director and Chief Marketing Officer, you will work collaboratively with your Marketing team to:
- Develop, implement and manage the yearly marketing calendar with a strong commercial foundation in line with seasonal launches, campaigns and key events
- Manage the yearly marketing budget to drive maximum ROI, including reporting to the executive team
- Track and analyse results from all marketing activities
- Drive customer loyalty, satisfaction and engagement across the customer lifecycle
- Ensure all strategies and content executed are in accordance with the brands aesthetics
- Hire, train and lead your team
- Oversee and manage the implementation of LAM strategies and drive a consistent omni-channel experience
- Manage and develop marketing collateral and promotional material
- Oversee Social Media through a cohesive social media and content creation strategy
- Oversee PR strategies and results including the management of our external USA based PR agency
- Manage wholesale marketing activities in line with the Australian and International sales calendar
- Collaborate with the CMO to manage Digital Marketing and continuously create demand online through digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the CMO to manage and maintain our eCommerce websites to ensure a seamless brand experience across all digital channels
- Collaborate with Art Director to oversee all seasonal campaigns and deliverables, spanning the entire customer journey across all marketing channels
- Regularly collaborate with internal departments to act as the link between the Marketing department and wider business
- Proactively source innovative marketing opportunities and partnerships to drive global brand awareness
- Build and nurture relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with Executive Team to align marketing strategies with business goals.



- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role or 5 years experience as a Senior Marketing Manager, preferably within either the Wholesale Consumer Goods or Retail sector
- Proven ability to plan, prioritise, motivate and deliver high performance
- A creative flair and a self-driven and positive mindset
- Strong brand alignment and passion for the fashion/footwear industry
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Strong ability to build & nurture meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as autonomously
- Strong project management skills
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Analytical thinking with ability to provide reporting and insights after a campaign has been delivered
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar.
