Influencer & PR Specialist Application | Billini Head Office

As Billini enters an exciting period of growth, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Influencer & PR Specialist with a love for accessories to join our team in Marrickville, Sydney. As part of the collaborative marketing team, you will focus on engagement, quality content, and strategic growth, aiming to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:
- Create and execute influencer marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase global sales.
- Find and establish relationships with relevant influencers that align with the brand's aesthetic and target market.
Manage content creation and execution by influencers, ensuring it is creative, on-brand, and aligned with campaign goals.
- Negotiate and manage influencer contracts including usage, rates and deliverables within set budgets.
- Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the business and key stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive PR strategies that integrate influencer marketing and traditional PR activity to drive brand awareness and positioning within the market.
- Manage gifting stock levels and stay informed about key product trends and guidelines.
- Liaise with the marketing team to create and coordinate influencer strategies across different channels and wider campaigns.
- Execute engaging influencer/PR events in line with set budgets.
- Proactively brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the influencer marketing network both locally and globally, and regularly stay updated with industry trends and best practises.

ABOUT YOU

- Experience in a similar PR and Influencer-based role, within the retail, fashion or consumer goods industry.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing network, including talent, rate cards, performance.
- Experience with global influencer marketing preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build meaningful, long-lasting relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of high-quality results within a previous position.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing reporting and benchmarking with experience using analytical tools.
