Based in our modern head office in Marrickville, we are looking for a passionate and experienced International Wholesale Customer Service Co-ordinator who thrives working in a fast-paced environment. You will focus on A-class customer service and administration to support our international wholesale business.


Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role will be responsible for and not limited to:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to international wholesale customers through phone and email enquiries.
- Managing all international wholesale customer sales orders and enquiries.
- Processing of wholesale indent and stock orders and credit notes through AP21.
- Providing support to external sales agents, internal sales team and General Manager.
- Providing support to wholesale domestic customer service team when required.
- Liaising with the warehouse department to ensure all orders are dispatched on time and accurately.
- Monitoring and managing stock across all warehouse locations including stock shortages and discrepancies.
- Communicating with sales agents and customers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Gaining an understanding of the product ranges to offer product and sales advice to customers.


- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, with experience in the fashion industry highly regarded.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional administration skills and a high level of computer literacy.
- Ability to offer the highest level of customer service by being able to develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organisation skills.
- An energetic and positive attitude with an interest in fashion and footwear.
