IT Support Officer Application | Billini Head Office

As Billini enters an exciting period of growth, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Information Technology Support Officer to lead our IT operations and projects. Based in our head office in Marrickville, you will play a critical role in optimizing and securing our technology systems to support our expanding business operations. This newly created role will report to the General Manager and will work closely with our Retail and eCommerce leaders to successfully improve and develop our in-house technology systems.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Analysing and optimizing business processes and workflows, implementing software strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Providing comprehensive training, documentation, and support to end-users, ensuring seamless adoption of technology solutions
- Assist with day-to-day IT operations, including troubleshooting technical issues, system setup, and upgrades.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of technology projects, managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to cybersecurity best practices
- Managing relationships with external suppliers and negotiate contracts to meet business needs and regulatory requirements
- Assist retail operations and head office teams with day-to-day IT systems, general IT duties, including ordering, setup, general troubleshooting, and upgrades, to support smooth business operations
- Ensure end-to-end delivery of all key technology-related projects, managing timelines, budget adherence, and stakeholder communication effectively
- Ensuring all technology related activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations

ABOUT YOU

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience in configuring and customizing ERP systems, preferably Apparel21
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
- Extensive knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and operating systems
- Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts with external suppliers
