We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced National Retail Operations Manager to establish operational best practices that support efficient store operations on a national scale. Based at our Head Office in Marrickville, you will have detailed knowledge of industry best practices and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.


Reporting to the Head of Retail, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing strategies and business plans that support the operational objectives to maximize growth and profit
- Leading and managing the execution of all policies, procedures, maintenance and compliance
- End to end project management of assigned projects utilizing cross functional teams to execute and implement operational projects
- Leading and managing loss prevention through national loss prevention objectives and standards
- Developing relationships cross-functionally to deliver best practice results for Retail stores
- Understanding National/Area Manager priorities within each region to ensure effective operational support is provided
- Collate, interpret, and prepare relevant reporting to business on project progress and outcomes
- Manage all maintenance in line with budgets and ensure supplier contracts are relevant, cost effective and reviewed on a yearly basis to ensure best customer experience


- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Ability to manage R + M, facilities management and other relevant suppliers
- Ability to engage with all stakeholders to deliver customer first service to Retail stores
- Strong communication skills who can lead, coach, develop and influence others
- An enthusiastic, energetic and positive personality with a genuine love for retail
