As the company enters an exciting period of growth, we are looking for an experienced and creative National Visual Merchandise Manager to step into this new role and make it your own. You will focus on driving sales and profitability through maximising brand exposure and visibility within the retail environment across all Australian markets. .


- Develop and execute the visual merchandising strategy to support seasonal direction across retail stores nationwide based on sales performance, store grading and target customer
- Create and implement successful visual displays and window installations and ensure these are communicated to store teams effectively
- Merchandise model stores to represent company visual standards, merchandising guidelines, and brand integrity
- Build strong relationships with marketing, buying and retail store teams to achieve company objectives and creative synergies across all divisions
- Be across current retail trends, including evolving VM guidelines and approaches to enhance customer navigation, shop ability, and overall retail engagement and experience
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery performance through cost saving, execution, timing, and consistency
- Lead, train and develop a team, including the VM instore coordinator
- Assist Retail Team with in-store activations and events
- Working closely with external partners, suppliers and printers
- Collaborate with Retail Project Coordinator in sourcing and producing of VM fixtures and POS material for all stores
- Assist Retail Project Coordinator with conceptualisation, design, and execution of all new store openings
- Support in planning and executing effective floor layouts, ensuring all stores are effectively planned to linear space
- Track, monitor and communicate visual results to the wider business and participate in regular reporting to key stakeholders
- Create and maintain VM calendar to manage deadlines in line with marketing calendar



- 4+ years managing a team of direct reports in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience within the retail fashion industry, preferably across footwear and or accessories categories
- Strong computer skills in Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Competencies in Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease
- Cultural ambassador with the ability to adapt to change and encourage a positive environment within the store teams
- Be creative, commercially aware and a confident decision maker
- Collaborative team player and a willingness to work individually and with cross-functional teams
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail
- You will work well with change and be able to work within a fast pace environment
