As the company enters an exciting period of growth, we are looking for an experienced, customer-centric and passionate Online Customer Service Coordinator to drive our global online business within a team offering a supportive and collaborative environment.


Based at our warehouse in Smithfield, you will report to the Online Customer Service Manager and be responsible for:

- Delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email and live chat regarding enquiries, complaints, and recommendations in line with company standards
- The timely and accurate processing and dispatch of all online orders from warehouse and additional dispatch locations
- Liaising with retail stores in an effort to process all Floor to Door orders in a timely manner
- Processing of all online returns: refunds and exchanges
- Assisting customers with resolving any after care problems
- Assisting in reporting to the Marketing Department by ensuring the online store looks and functions according to company expectations
- Assisting with monitoring inventory levels and report on stock discrepancies
- Focusing on meeting and exceeding weekly sales targets in an effort to grow sales online through exceptional customer service and returning customers
- Liaising with multiple courier companies
- Assisting pick pack team where necessary
- General office duties


- Have a minimum of 2 year experience in a similar role
- Strive to always offer the highest level of customer service possible with a bubbly and can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Able to multi task and prioritise in an ever-changing fast paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
- Experience with Shopify, Live Chat and AP21 advantageous
- Experience in the fashion industry will be highly regarded
