Production Administrator | Billini Head Office

As the company enters an exciting period of growth, we are looking for an experienced, motivated & team orientated Production Administrator to join our team.

Reporting to the Production Manager, this varied role will see you perform such duties as, but not limited to:
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments for order scheduling of wholesale ranges
- Repeats management for retail and wholesale sectors, including supplier negotiations and delivery scheduling
- Raising a large volume of purchase orders in AP21
- Exporting data from AP21 and formatting for critical path creation
- Reporting into wholesale team on outstanding orders
- Confirming ex-factory dates, delivery timelines and MOQ with suppliers for wholesale and retail departments
- Processing invoices for suppliers and freight
- Generating barcode reports across all categories
- End of sell range management for wholesale ranges

- A minimum of 1-2 year’s experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in AP21 is advantageous but not essential
- Intermediate Excel skills and previous administrative experience a must
- A positive and energetic attitude with a passion for fashion footwear
- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong work ethic
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with fast and accurate data entry skills
- The ability to work independently in a fast paced and autonomous environment
