Production Assistant Application | Billini Head Office

As Billini enters an exciting period of growth, we are looking for a detailed-oriented Production Assistant with a love for accessories to join our growing team in Marrickville, Sydney. You will be a critical part of the Production team and thrive working in a fast-paced, collaborative and supportive environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Raising a high volume of purchase orders in a timely and accurate way
- Liaising with offshore suppliers to confirm order placement and update the critical path
- Processing pro-forma and commercial invoices and working with our Finance team for payment of invoices  
- Confirming excess stock with the Sales team
- Preparing, analysing, and distributing various reports to key stakeholders
- Managing line drawings and barcode reports
- Running weekly credit and faulty reports for our retail, online and wholesale sales channels
- Raising repeat purchase orders, including handling inquiries from the Sales team and liaising with offshore suppliers
- Sending and receipting DHL shipments and invoices
- Providing ad-hoc assistance to Production team as needed

ABOUT YOU

- 2+ years’ experience in an administration role or similar
- Laser sharp administration skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and a strong work ethic
- High attention to detail and strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- The ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
- A passion for off shore production
- A positive, friendly and can-do attitude
