Social Media & Content Manager Application | Billini Head Office

As Billini enters an exciting period of growth, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Social Media & Content Manager with a love for accessories to join our team in Marrickville, Sydney. As part of the leadership team, you will focus on engagement, high-quality content, strategy and will be pivotal in driving brand identity and growth

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reporting to the Head of Creative and working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement a innovating and compelling creative content strategy aligned to business outcomes and brand visual identity
- Execute innovative concepts in alignment to Billini and Banbe Eyewear brand visual identity and content pillars
- Create, curate and manage high-quality content for all digital channels including social media accounts (Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn), website, email and other digital platforms
- Assist the Head of Creative in the execution of all photoshoots including look books, social, digital and hero campaigns
- Collaborate with Graphic and Digital Designer to produce visually impactful and on-brand graphics, videos, and other content
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to plan and execute campaign launches, product releases, promotions and key business events, ensuring timely and accurate content delivery
- Manage the shoot and content calendar, including shoot schedules and relevant bookings, along with post-production deliverables
- Liaise with PR/Influencer specialist on influencer and content creator briefs ensuring alignment of content to brand guidelines
- Assist in copywriting and general creative duties as requested

ABOUT YOU

- Proven experience in content creation/creative management including capturing, creating, and editing content
- Knowledge of retail, fashion, and footwear industry highly regarded
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, with an ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in video editing, and analytical platforms
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to be the guardian of brand guidelines and aesthetic
- Proven experience on-set overseeing photoshoots
