STATE MANAGER APPLICATION | NSW

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Reporting to the Head of Retail, your responsibilities will include:

- Oversee multiple store's locations across NSW with full accountability of performance, profitability, and people
- Reporting and analysis for each location, closely monitoring sales & KPI's and identifying opportunities to drive business & team's performance
- Work closely with the wider Retail Team to execute the busy Retail Calendar
- Coach and empower our Retail Store + Area Teams and be the first point of contact
- Liaise with internal stakeholders about Retail activations and support teams
- Work with the Head of Retail on proactive strategies to maximise performance

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- 4+ years previous experience in multi-site leadership and 2+ years in a similar State Manager role
- Amazing leadership and management skills
- Excellent customer focus and coaching skills
- Proven experience in reaching and exceeding KPI's
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume sales environment
- An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others
- Operational superstar - an expert in rosters, back of house and stock movements
