We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our passionate team located in Wetherill Park. You will focus on operating the warehouse in an efficient and safe way to ensure timely deliveries for our B2B and B2C customers Australia-wide.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for:
- Manage all warehouse operations in an effective and efficient manner to meet the needs of retail, eCommerce and wholesale divisions
- Meet and exceed dispatch and receipt KPI’s
- Lead, train and mentor 12 – 15 team members  
- Maintain a safe, organised and clean warehouse environment
- Ensure stock levels are accurate through regular stocktakes
- Manage internal driver and liaise with freight partners to ensure the efficient dispatch of all orders
- Manage and plan for all incoming warehouse deliveries including regular overseas containers
- Manage and oversee the timely unloading and receipting of all overseas containers in line with KPIs
Strategize and implement new procedures for improved warehouse efficiency and cost savings
- Liaise and communicate with all head office departments on a regular basis
- Recruit and develop team members

- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within retail warehousing
- The ability to lead by example from the warehouse floor
- Forklift and drivers license
- Experience leading a team and creating a positive working environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong communication skills
- A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Possess a deep understanding of warehouse operations within a medium sized business
- Flexible & can-do attitude
- Intermediate computer skills
- Physically fit
