We are happy to announce from Thursday, 7th May we will be re-opening all stores Australia-wide in accordance to the advice from State and Federal Government.

As always the health and safety of our employees, customers and the greater community is at the up-most of importance to us and with this in mind we will be implementing improved health & safety measures across all stores.

 

Here's what we will be doing:

                  • REDUCED OPENING HOURS
                    Please ensure you check the opening hours of your local store before visiting and be sure to call ahead should you have a specific enquiry.

                  • IN STORE LIMITS
                    In accordance to advice from the State & Federal Government, we have set limitations to the number of staff & customers allowed in store at any one time.
                    We ask that you respectfully abide by these limits if asked by our staff.

                  • SOCIAL DISTANCING
                    Please follow the in store prompts to ensure we all keep a safe distance of 1.5m whilst in store.
                     
                  • CONTACT - LESS FITTINGS
                    As always, our staff are here to help you find that perfect pair, however for the time being we will not be physically fitting shoes on customers in store.

                  • TAP & PAY WHERE POSSIBLE
                    Where possible, we suggest using card payments with tap and pay in order to minimise hand-to-hand interactions.

                  • INCREASED HYGIENE & CLEANLINESS  
                    Please feel free to use our hand sanitiser when entering and exiting our store.
                  • All stores have introduced additional cleaning processes throughout the day to keep our space safe & clean.

                • EXTENDED RETURNS & EXCHANGES
                • For in store purchases made between the 12th March - 26th March, we are now offering a 30 day return & exchange policy from 7th May
                • to allow you additional time to visit a store.
