ONLINE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Here at Billini, we strives to ensure you are satisfied & love your new Billini items.
Should there be any reason something isn't right, we offer a full refund (excludes sale items) or exchange within 30 days from the original purchase date for online purchases.
Please note Billini earrings, shoe care, tan & tan accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.

You may return any full priced items for a refund or exchange via any Billini store or via the online portal within 30 days of purchase.
- Sale items can be returned for an exchange or credit note only within 30 days of purchase.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged. (Please try on shoes on a soft and clean surface before they are worn. We are unable to accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches.)
- Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging (including shoe box).
- Should you have a faulty item, please email enquiries@billini.com before sending your item back.
- Please note, the cost of express shipping is non-refundable with all refunds and exchanges.

how DO I book a return?

We've made it as easy as possible to process your return or exchange via our Return Portal.

If your order is an Australian order & starts with BIL, simply follow the steps below;
1. Ensure your items meet our return and exchange policy:

- Item(s) were purchased from the Billini online store – www.billini.com
- Item(s) are unworn, in original condition and packaging
- Item(s) are within 30 days of purchase
- Item(s) are full price (sale items can only be returned for exchange or credit note only.

2. Head to our Billini Returns Portal here, enter your order number (starting with BIL) & post code,
3. Complete the reasons for your return/exchange.
4. A return label will be automatically generated and sent to your email to use, once your return/exchange has been received and processed, we will deduct a small fee of $7.95 from the refund total to cover the label cost.
5. Simply print and attach your label to the return parcel and drop your return into an Australia Post Box or Post Office.
6. Once your return/exchange has been received to our returns warehouse, your request will be processed within 48 business hours. Please note returns may take up to 7 business days to reach your account depending on your bank.

If you are from another International country and would like to return your Billini order, we are able to accept this however freight is covered by the customer. To find out more about this, please email enquiries@billini.com.

 

HOW DO I RETURN IN STORE?

Simply take your online purchase to any Billini store to exchange or to lodge your return request with our in-store staff.
Please note our stores are simply a drop off location and unable to refund/issue a credit note for your in store.
Your request will be processed by Head Office within 1-2 business days of receiving in store.

IN STORE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Should you change your mind or purchase the incorrect size at any of our Billini retail stores, we will happily offer an exchange or store credit provided the following conditions have been met:
- The item(s) with the original receipt has been returned within 14 days of purchase
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged. (Please try on shoes on a soft and clean surface before they are worn. We unable to accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches.)
- Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging (including shoe box).
- You provide your full name, address and contact details to validate the transaction.
Please note, all in store purchases must be returned to a Billini store and cannot be accepted via our online return warehouse.
