ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Billini purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your online order, we offer a full refund or exchange on all full price item(s), and an exchange or credit note on all sale item(s) within 30 days from the original purchase date.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
We offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on all full price item(s), and an exchange on all sale items within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they meet the following conditions;
+ Item(s) were purchased from Billini online store - www.billini.com
+ Item(s) have not been worn or damaged
+ Item(s) are in their original condition, including shoe box
+ Item(s) are returned in a protective postal bag

The below items are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty:
+ Tan and tanning accessories
+ Earrings
+ Hair accessories
+ Hats
+ Item(s) marked Warehouse Sale or Final Sale

Full price items purchased during a promotional period are considered full price and are eligible for a refund.
Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded or credited when processing your return.

IN-STORE RETURNS POLICY
Should you change your mind, or purchase the incorrect size at any of our Billini retail stores, we will happily offer an exchange or store credit provided the following conditions have been met;
+ Item(s) are purchased in-store
+ Item(s) have not been worn or damaged
+ Item(s) are in their original condition, including shoe box
+ Item(s) are returned with receipt within 30 days of purchase
+ You provide your full name, address and contact details to validate the transaction

The below items are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty:
+ Tan and tanning accessories
+ Earrings
+ Hair accessories
+ Hats

Please note, all in-store purchases must be returned to a Billini store and cannot be accepted via the Online Returns Portal.

OUTLET RETURNS POLICY
All purchases made at a Billini Outlet and fall under the following conditions are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged;
+ Item(s) are purchased on sale
+ Item(s) are labelled as a sample
+ Item(s) are labelled as faulty

All full price purchases made at a Billini Outlet are eligible for an exchange only, should you change your mind or purchase an incorrect size & the following conditions have been met;
+ Item(s) have not been worn or damaged
+ Item(s) are in their original condition, including shoe box
+ Item(s) are returned with receipt within 30 days of purchase
+ You provide your full name, address and contact details to validate the transaction

The below items are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty:
+ Earrings
+ Hair accessories
+ Hats

Please note, all in-store outlet purchases must be returned to a Billini store and cannot be accepted via the Online Returns Portal.

STEP ONE
Ensure your item(s) meet our Online Returns Policy

STEP TWO
Submit your return at our Online Returns Portal

STEP THREE
Enter your order number (starting with BIL) and post code
Please note, the Online Returns Portal can only be used once per order to initiate a return/exchange

STEP FOUR
Select the item(s) for return and complete the reasons; if opting for an exchange, simply select your new item(s)

STEP FIVE
Once complete, a return label will be generated for you to use. Print this out immediately, or access via your email to print at a later time
Print and attach the returns label to your parcel, and drop it off at any Post Office

STEP SIX
Once your return/exchange has been received by our warehouse, your request will be process within 48 business hours
A $7.95 handling fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover the cost of the return shipping label for all Australian orders; exchanges & credit notes will not be subject to a handling fee

Take your online purchase to any Billini store

STEP TWO
Ensure you have your order confirmation to verify your purchase; we are unable to process online order returns without this verification
Please note, our stores are simply a drop off location and are unable to refund/issue a credit note for you in store

STEP THREE
Your request will be processed by Head Office with 1-2 business days in receiving in store

STEP TWO
Email enquiries@billini.com to request a return form

STEP THREE
Send your return to the address provided on the form

STEP FOUR
We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure your item(s) arrive to us safely
Please note, freight is covered by the customer

REFUNDS
Please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be processed
Once processed, you'll receive funds back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days depending on your financial institute

EXCHANGES
Please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be processed and dispatched

FREE EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
We offer free returns for all AUS customers who wish to exchange their item(s), or receive a store credit. Exchanges and gift cards will be processed once your return has been delivered to us. Gift cards will be emailed to the email address indicated on your order and are valid or 3 years/36 months. Please allow 2 business days for your exchange to be processed and dispatched. If you are in a hurry for your new item(s), we suggest heading into a store, or selecting a refund and repurchasing your new item(s).

FAULTY/DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you have received an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us at enquiries@billini.com. Please provide us with as much information as possible including photos so we can resolve quickly for you.

RETURN TO SENDER
If your order is returned to sender, a shipping fee of $6.95 will be required to re-ship all orders within Australia & $10 for all orders within New Zealand. For all other international orders, shipping fees will be charged in accordance with their relevant shipping rates.

PRE-ORDERS
Styles listed as Pre-Order carry an estimated time from for dispatch. These time frames are not exact and are subject to change at any time; please use as a guide only. Please allow 2-3 business days for dispatch once the Pre-Order item is in stock. You will receive an email with tracking information once your item(s) have been dispatched. Pre-Orders may ship earlier than the estimated dispatch date listed, and will be shipped separately to other item(s) that are in stock in your order. Returns & exchanges are are valid on Pre-Orders from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
