You may return any full priced items for a refund or exchange via any Billini store or the online portal within 30 days of purchase. Sale items can be returned for an exchange or credit note only within 30 days of purchase.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged. (Please try on shoes on a soft and clean surface before they are worn. We are unable to accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches.)
- Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging (including shoe box).
- Should you have a faulty item, please email enquiries@billini.com before sending your item back
- Billini earrings, shoe care, tan & tan accessories cannot be exchanged or returned
- The cost of express shipping is non-refundable with all refunds and exchanges
