ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We offer a refund, exchange or credit note on all full price items and an exchange or credit note on all sale items within 30 days from the original purchase date, provided they meet the following conditions:
+ Item(s) were purchased from Billini online store - www.billini.com
+ Item(s) have not been worn or damaged
+ Item(s) are in their original condition, including shoe box
+ Item(s) are returned in a protective postal bag

The below items are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty:
+ Tan and tanning accessories
+ Earrings
+ Hair accessories
+ Hats
+ Shoe care
+ Item(s) marked Warehouse Sale or Final Sale

Full price items purchased during a promotional period are considered full price and are eligible for a refund.
Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded or credited when processing your return.

Online orders can be returned to any Billini store Australia wide, or through our online returns portal.

FREE EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
We offer free returns for all AU customers who wish to exchange or receive a store credit.
Exchanges & gift cards will be processed once your return has been delivered to our warehouse. Gift cards will be emailed to the email address the order was placed under and are valid for 3 years (36 months)

Please allow 2 business days for your exchange to be processed and dispatched. If you are in a hurry for your new item(s), we suggest heading into a store or selecting a refund and repurchasing your new item(s).

Please note all exchanges are subject to stock availability once your return has been received back to our warehouse. Where an exchange can not be processed, we will provide you with a refund or credit note.

REFUNDS
We offer refunds on all full price items. A $7.95 fee will be deducted from your refund for the use of the return postage label provided. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing. Once processed you will receive funds back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days depending on your financial institution.

IN-STORE RETURNS POLICY
Full price & sale items purchased in-store can be returned to any Billini store Australia wide within 30 days for an exchange or store credit provided they meet the following conditions:
+ Proof of purchase is provided
+ Item(s) have not been worn or damaged
+ Item(s) are in their original condition, including shoe box

The below items are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty:
+ Tan and tanning accessories
+ Earrings
+ Hair accessories
+ Hats

All purchases made at a Billini Outlet and fall under the following conditions are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged;
+ Item(s) purchased on sale
+ Item(s) were labelled as a sample
+ Item(s) were labelled as faulty

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEM
If you believe your item is faulty/damaged, please contact our Customer Care team. Please provide a clear description of the fault/issue & include photos of the fault. For any faulty footwear, we require photos of each side of the shoes including the soles.
Your return will be reviewed by our team who are trained to identify faults. If the product is confirmed to have a fault, we will where possible repair the item. If the item can not be repaired, we will provide an exchange, or when an exchange is not available a credit note or full refund.

If your item is deemed faulty & not wear and tear, we will meet our legal obligations as outlined by the ACCC. You can view more information about these obligations here.  

Some common signs of wear & tear are:
+ Worn or marked outsoles
+ Stretched items
+ Heel tips fallen off
+ Scuffed and scraped
+ Missing gems or hardware on worn shoes

We will accept returns on faulty products within a reasonable time frame and after assessment by one of our experts. Please allow up to 2 working days for your return to be reviewed.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If you’ve purchased from our US website please follow these instructions here.
For all other countries, please fill in our returns form & send your return to the address provided on the form.
The cost for international returns is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure your item arrives to us safely.

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEM
If you believe your item is faulty/damaged, please lodge your faulty return HERE. When asked for the return reason please select “the item is faulty”. You will need to upload photos of the fault & for any footwear, photos of each side of the shoes including the soles.

In the comment section please provide a clear description of the fault/issue. Your return will then be reviewed by our team who are trained to identify faults. If the product is confirmed to have a fault, we will replace the item or provide a store credit or full refund.

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

If you have received an item(s) that is not what you ordered or there is an issue with your order please lodge your return HERE. When asked for the return reason please select “I received the wrong item”. You will need to upload photos of the incorrect item(s).

In the comment section please provide a clear description of the issue. Your return will then be reviewed by our team. Once approved we will replace the item(s) or provide a store credit or full refund where a replacement is not available.  

Please allow up to 2 working days for your return to be reviewed.

RETURN TO SENDER
If your order is returned to sender, a shipping fee of $6.95 will be required to re-ship all orders within Australia & $10 for all orders within New Zealand. For all other international orders, shipping fees will be charged in accordance with their relevant shipping rates.

PRE-ORDERS
For all styles listed as Pre-Order, we provide an estimated time frame for dispatch. These time frames are are subject to change; please use as a guide only. Please allow 2-3 business days for dispatch once the Pre-Order item is in stock. You will receive an email with tracking information once your item(s) have been dispatched. Pre-Orders may ship earlier than the estimated dispatch date listed, and will be shipped separately to other item(s) that are in stock in your order. Returns & exchanges are are valid on Pre-Orders from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
