eCommerce Assistant | Billini Head Office

Reporting to our Digital & eCommerce Manager, our organised and dedicated eCommerce Assistant will focus on capturing and editing eCommerce photography and assisting with product uploading and on-site actions.

- Assist in general maintenance across eCommerce websites  
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the in-house studio including inventory upkeep and maintenance
- Assist with general eCommerce and marketing duties including product descriptions, attribute tagging, copywriting, SEO on site work
- Assist with search and merchandising optimisation across all global eCommerce websites
- Capture ghost photographs of all footwear and accessories for global eCommerce websites and wholesale lookbooks within brand guidelines
- Manage the editing process of all ghost & still photographs for publication on global eCommerce websites and wholesale lookbooks within brand guidelines including coordinating external Retoucher/s
- Manage upkeep of files including renaming, filing and sharing with relevant departments
- Assist in the upload of products and imagery to global eCommerce websites to set pre-defined KPI's

- An exceptional eye for detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills, including an ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Production and Wholesale, with an ability to adapt and improve processes to streamline efficiencies
- Can-do and flexible approach
- Experience with Adobe Suite – Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, Premier Pro, Capture One or other editing suites is highly desirable
- Experience and interest in photography and content creation is highly desirable
