ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS
Entry to the Promotion is open to permanent Australian residents aged 18 years or older who fulfill the method of entry requirements.

DETAILS OF PRIZES

One (1) “Ultimate Luxe Getaway” prize package valued at $10,000 AUD comprising:
- $5,000 AUD Luxury Accommodation Voucher
- $3,000 AUD Flight Voucher
- $2,000 AUD Billini Voucher

Vouchers are subject to provider terms and conditions, including booking availability, blackout dates, and expiry dates. The Promoter will not be liable for any additional costs beyond the voucher amounts (such as insurance, travel to and from the airport, meals, or spending money).

METHOD OF ENTRY
To enter, eligible individuals must complete the following steps during the promotional period:
- Make a purchase over $120 AUD in one transaction online at www.billini.com or in any Billini store during the promotional period
- Keep your order number or receipt and fill out the entry form on the dedicated landing page with your first name, email and order/receipt number corresponding to the purchase
- Make sure you are subscribed to Billini’s email and SMS marketing

ADDITIONAL ENTRY RULES
- One (1) entry per qualifying order over $120 AUD
- More than one entry per person is permitted if each entry relates to a unique purchase
- Orders that are refunded or found to be fraudulent are not eligible
- Entrants must retain copies of all purchase receipts for all entries

MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF ENTRIES
Each transaction and entry form submission during the promotional period counts as 1 unique entry..

PRIZE DRAW
A random prize draw of eligible entrants will occur at 3:00 PM AEDT on 30 October 2025 at Billini Head Office, 21 Gerald Street Marrickville NSW 2204.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
The winner will be notified via email and phone no later than 9:00 AM AEDT on 31 October 2025.

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
The winner of the prize will be published on the competition page by 5:00 PM AEDT on 4 November 2025.

UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
Should the original winner fail to accept their prize by 5:00 PM AEDT on 11 November 2025, a random unclaimed prize draw will occur at 9:00 AM AEDT on 13 November 2025 at Billini Head Office, 21 Gerald Street Marrickville NSW 2204.

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS FROM UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be published on the competition page by 18 November 2025.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms & conditions. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms.

Entry is open only to legal residents of the Eligible States/Territories who satisfy the Method of Entry. Directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers (including prize suppliers) and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.

The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period. The time zone applicable to any time stated relates to AEDT unless otherwise stated.

The prize(s) are specified in the Details of Prizes section above. Prizes are valued in Australian dollars unless expressly stated otherwise.

All vouchers are valid until the expiry date stated on the voucher or by the provider of the voucher. Entrants agree to comply with any conditions which accompany the vouchers. Neither the Promoter nor the voucher provider is liable for any voucher that has been stolen, forged, lost, damaged or tampered with in any way.

Entrants are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize(s). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize.

Entrants must follow the Method of Entry during the Promotion Period to enter. Failure to do so will result in an invalid entry. The Promoter will not advise an Entrant if their entry is deemed invalid.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries. No correspondence will be entered into.

The prize will be awarded to the valid entrant drawn randomly in accordance with the Prize Draw details. If a draw is scheduled on a public holiday, the promoter may choose to hold the draw on the first business day after the public holiday.

Winners will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners section above. The Promoter takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details.

It is a condition of accepting any prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.

If the prize has not been claimed by the Unclaimed Prize Draw time and date, the Promoter may conduct an Unclaimed Prize Draw.

To the greatest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all warranties and guarantees regarding the Promotion and any prizes. By entering the Promotion, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter from all actions, penalties, liabilities, claims or demands arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute the prize for another item of equal or higher value subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

All entries become the property of the Promoter. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the personal information provided in connection with this Promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the Promotion and awarding any prizes.

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Snapchat may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion. By entering, entrants agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, these platforms and release them from all liability in relation to this Promotion.

The Promotion and these Terms of Entry will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
