really bad customer service I

"really bad customer service I got the wrong size as I was going of the size guide but the actual size of the shoes was different to the size guide they didn't do anything about it just said your going to have to refund it even though I just wanted an exchange but they don't do exchanges for New Zealand so make sure when you get your shoes you get the right size otherwise you will lose $40NZD just to refund the shoes as you have to pay a "handling fee" and shipping and then you have to re buy the shoe in the right size and then pay shipping again so disappointed in this billini company"

I originally ordered the wrong size and they issued a return docket and immediately dispatched my replacement shoes before I'd returned the others! They even paid for the return cost. "I have Arabel in chocolate & wear them with everything. Once the black came back in stock I had to get them. Ordered online but had to return as they were a tad too small. Weird! I would recommend going up a size with this new batch that has come out. Other than that, love Arabel, looks so classy & so comfy"
