"Love the boots but beware the measurements in the size guide are incredibly off. I’m usually a size 9/10 but ordered a size 7 after checking the measurements several times. They are too small - seem to be off by about 2 sizes. I emailed customer services for help with returning the boots from NZ but disappointingly no response whatsoever!"
