RETURNS

When we process a refund for your order paid through Afterpay, we inform Afterpay of the refund amounts, and they handle the processing on their side.

For returns made with Afterpay, your four scheduled payments will remain unchanged, and the refund will be deducted from the last installment. If you’ve already completed all four payments, the refund will be credited back to the card linked to your Afterpay account. Redeem your gift card online or at any Billini store. To redeem online, simply enter your gift card number and pin in your shopping cart to apply,

  • Billini gift cards are valid for 3 years. 
     
  • Treat this as cash, lost, damaged or stolen gift cards are not eligible to be replaced. 
     
  • Any remaining balance will be retained to gift card to be used another time. 
     
  • Gift cards are non refundable and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
