"The toe strap of this shoe is completely defective. You can barely get your fingers under it, much less your foot. It is impossible to put on. Look at it compared to other heels I own - totally pathetic, cheap, plastic build. Billini refused to refund me, stating it was a size issue, even though I submitted evidence showing me fitting perfectly into other heels of this size, and even smaller. Will never go through them again."
"Love the style of these heels, but the front strap is extremely tight on my toes to the point where it’s leaving marks after a couple minutes. Extremely disappointing as they’re not worth the price, don’t buy them unless you want the circulation in your toes to be cut off"
