"The toe strap of this shoe is completely defective. You can barely get your fingers under it, much less your foot. It is impossible to put on. Look at it compared to other heels I own - totally pathetic, cheap, plastic build. Billini refused to refund me, stating it was a size issue, even though I submitted evidence showing me fitting perfectly into other heels of this size, and even smaller. Will never go through them again."
"The shoes were really cute, the issue was that they didn't fit properly. The toe strap was extremely tight however the the rest of the shoe was half a size too big. I had to spend $50 to get a shoe cobler. to extend the straps."
