ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

As an Assistant Store Manager in our beautiful stores, you will work alongside and be the store manager's support. Through their coaching and development, you will be trained to lead the team in their absence and contribute to the success of the business.

Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for design, content creation, and visual storytelling? We’re on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll bring our brand to life through impactful digital assets and scroll-stopping social content that connects with audiences and drives engagement.

PURPOSE

The Graphic and Content Designer will support the brand’s creative and marketing efforts by developing high-quality digital assets, as well as engaging social media content and campaign collateral. This role combines traditional graphic design with social media content creation, including concept development, visual storytelling, and editing to elevate brand presence across platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Graphic Design & Digital Assets
- Design and produce digital assets for websites, EDMs, promotional materials, and business documents

- Develop visually engaging content that’s customer-centric and aligned with best practices
- Create brand collateral including logos, flyers, and internal documents while ensuring brand consistency
- Lead the visual direction of projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines

Content Creation for Social Media
- Conceptualise and produce creative content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- Capture and edit high-quality visual content including photos, videos, and animations
- Collaborate in campaign planning sessions to generate innovative ideas and content
- Attend and direct social media shoots to produce engaging, on-brief content

Art Direction & Storytelling
- Define visual styles and storytelling approaches across all channels
- Manage post-production including editing, retouching, and formatting
- Curate templates and content for EDMs and social media that are impactful and brand-aligned
- Work closely with internal teams and external creative partners to ensure excellence in delivery

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

- Strong grasp of social media platforms and content trends
- Excellent visual storytelling and brand interpretation skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience in capturing and editing content across a variety of mediums
- A collaborative mindset with strong creative and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and quality control across all creative output
