We are currently looking for passionate and reliable Christmas Casual Retail Store Fulfilment Assistants who want to join our busy e-Commerce operations located in Wetherill Park NSW, by ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient processing of retail stores orders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately pick retail store orders.
  • Quality check including cleaning (when required) each item picked.
  • Accurately pack and scan retail store orders, within Billini standards.
  • Prepare and label parcels for shipping.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient fulfillment area that reflects the brand’s quality and safety standards.
  • Assist with unpacking and organising new stock deliveries, ensuring accurate storage.

Qualifications and skills

- Available to work from October 2026 to end January 2027, including Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Eve.
- Available to work either day shift: 6am -2.30pm or afternoon shift: 2.30pm - 9.30pm.
- Previous warehouse experience desirable.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Physically fit to handle light to moderate lifting and repetitive movement.
