Christmas Stock Assistant | Billini Warehouse Seven Hills

We are currently looking for passionate and reliable Christmas Casual Stock Assistants who want to join our busy e-Commerce operations located in Seven Hills. You will focus on maintaining accurate, organised and efficient stock levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Replenishing pick faces to ensure stock is readily available for picking and dispatch.

  • Condensing, consolidating and relocating stock to maximise available warehouse space.

  • Creating and maintaining space for new styles, seasonal ranges and incoming stock.

  • Receiving and receipting incoming stock accurately into the warehouse management system.

  • Assisting with stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory checks.

  • Ensuring stock is correctly labelled, located and stored.

  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties during peak-period as required.

Qualifications and skills

- Available to work from October 2026 to end January 2027, including Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Eve.
- Available to work day shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Previous warehouse experience desirable.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Physically fit to handle light to moderate lifting and repetitive movement.
