Billini strives to ensure you are satisfied and we want you to love what you have ordered. We are happy to offer our US customers the opportunity to return their item to our Los Angeles return hub, making it easier for you to return your order within 30 days for a full refund or credit note (sale items only)
Please note Billini jewellery and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

HOW TO REFUND YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE

Ensure your items meet our return and exchange policy:

    • Item(s) were purchased from the Billini online store – www.us-billini.com
    • Item(s) are unworn, in original condition and packaging
    • Item(s) are within 30 days of purchase
    • Item(s) are full price (sale items can only be returned for exchange or credit note only.)

2. Email onlinestore@billini.com with your name, order ID, items to return.

3. Once authorized, the team will provide authorization to return to the below location:

3. Place the item(s) you’re returning into a safe and secure parcel along with a printed return authorisation form.

4. We suggest using a trackable service to ensure that your goods arrive safely and securely.

6. Once we receive your request, our online team will assess and process within 2 business days. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges to purchases made via our US site and suggest that should you need to exchange, simply send your goods back for a return and repurchase your desired size.
