BILLINI GOLDEN TICKET COMPETITION

Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Individuals must have a valid email account to be eligible to enter. Employees of the Promoter (and their immediate families) are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

Promotion commences at 7PM AEST on Wednesday 7th July 2021 and ends at 11:59PM AEST on Thursday 8th July 2021 (“Promotional Period”). One (1) overall winner (“Prize Winner”) will be selected by random prize draw at 3pm on Thursday 15th July 2021 at Promoter’s Premises at 21 Gerald Street, Marrickville NSW, Australia 2204. Prize winner will be notified on Thursday 15th July 2021 by their email and will be published on the Promoter’s website no later than Monday 18th July (providing the Prize Winner claims the prize within 3 working days).

To enter, eligible individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: Make a purchase of minimum 1 item from the Limited Edition Drop 7 Collection at any BILLINI store or at WWW.BILLINI.COM in one transaction during the Promotional Period. Eligible entries are automatically added to the draw. By entering the Promotion, individuals agree to be signed up to the Billini database.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The total prize pool for the Promotional Period is valued at AUD $500. The prize includes a $500 Billini voucher to be used at any BILLINI store or at WWW.BILLINI.COM.

Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a Prize Winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited. Any competition entries will be deemed ineligible if purchase required for entry into the competition is refunded within a 30 day period from date of purchase. Refunds cannot be given to Prize Winner post acceptance of their prize. A redraw will take place if the Prize Winner does not claim their prize by 3:00pm AEST Monday 18th July 2021 (3 working days from the time and date the winner was chosen).

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia or in New Zealand (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
