"I was initially really happy with my purchase. The sandals were comfy, flattering, and I genuinely loved wearing them. Unfortunately, after only about 3 months they broke, which was really disappointing for the price and brand. I went into the store and was first told they could be replaced, but when I returned with the sandals I was then told no, which was frustrating and inconsistent. I really do like the sandals and wouldn’t mind buying another pair, but I was disappointed both with how easily they broke and with the change in response regarding the replacement."
