Reporting to the National Retail Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Driving retail sales to meet and exceed KPI's
- Overseeing and supporting retail operations
- Working alongside other area managers to meet overall business objectives
- Coaching, leading and mentoring store managers & assistant managers to effectively manage and drive store teams
- Fostering an environment of exceptional customer service and loyalty

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Brand Director to lead the global growth of Billini and Banbe. This role will be responsible for creating, defining, and executing a cohesive brand strategy that fuses innovative creative direction with a strong KPI driven performance approach. As a key member of the Executive and Management team, you will play a critical role in shaping brand identity, driving customer engagement, and delivering commercial success across all channels.

CREATIVE CONTENT MANAGER
Reporting to the Head of Marketing/Head of Creative, the Creative Content Manager is a hands-on creative leader responsible for driving content as a growth engine across all channels. This role owns the strategy, production, and performance of content across paid, organic, and owned platforms - ensuring all output is visually compelling, commercially effective, and aligned to brand direction. The Creative Content Manager leads the development of high-quality, high-volume content that strengthens brand identity while delivering measurable impact across engagement, conversion, and revenue.

• Develop and own a full-funnel content strategy, ensuring the right content is delivered across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention stages.
